Gift voucher terms

Rules for ordering and using gift vouchers for custom airbrush work.

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for ordering and using custom-art.pl gift vouchers.
  2. The vouchers are issued by Klaudia Kazuch, running a sole proprietorship under the business name Custom Art Klaudia Kazuch, ul. Opawska 83A/14, 47-400 Racibórz, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 2220808981, REGON: 545799886 (registered in CEIDG, the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), email: klaudiakazuch@custom-art.pl, phone/WhatsApp: +48 794 214 366 (the “Issuer”).
  3. A gift voucher (the “Voucher”) entitles its bearer to use it to pay, in full or in part, for an airbrush painting service provided by the Issuer.

2. Order and payment

  1. The Voucher can be ordered via the form on custom-art.pl, by email or via WhatsApp.
  2. The Voucher value is 200 PLN (approx. €45), 400 PLN (approx. €95), 600 PLN (approx. €140) or another amount chosen by the purchaser, not lower than 100 PLN (approx. €25).
  3. Within 24 hours of the order being placed, the Issuer sends payment details (bank transfer or BLIK – Polish mobile payment) to the email address provided.
  4. The contract is concluded when the payment is credited. Orders not paid within 7 days are canceled.

3. Issuing the voucher

  1. A Voucher in PDF format is sent by the Issuer to the email address provided within 2 business days of the payment being credited.
  2. A Voucher in printed form in an envelope is sent by the Issuer to the address provided within 3 business days of the payment being credited. The shipping cost is agreed when the order is placed.
  3. Each Voucher has a unique number, value and expiration date. It may include the recipient’s name and a personal message.

4. Validity and use

  1. The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. To have the work started, it is sufficient that the order is placed within this period.
  2. To use the Voucher, provide its number when placing your order (quote form, email or WhatsApp).
  3. If the price of the service is higher than the Voucher value, the difference is paid as agreed at the time of the quote. If it is lower, the remaining amount can be used for another order within the Voucher’s validity period.
  4. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Once it expires, the Voucher becomes invalid and any unused amount is non-refundable.
  5. The Issuer is not liable for the loss of the Voucher or for its holder disclosing its number to third parties.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

  1. A consumer who ordered a Voucher remotely may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of its conclusion by sending a statement to klaudiakazuch@custom-art.pl.
  2. The Issuer refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method, provided that the Voucher has not been used.

6. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the Voucher can be submitted by email to klaudiakazuch@custom-art.pl.
  2. The Issuer handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and responds to the email address provided.

7. Final provisions

  1. The terms of the painting service itself (design, turnaround time, deposit) are agreed individually at the time of the quote.
  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
  3. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  4. These Terms are effective as of October 3, 2026.
